Crafting is returning...

Well finally I feel i have got the crafting bug back again!! well with my other half at work till eleven at night, then what better way to spend my evenings!! you guessed it CRAFTING!!! lol.
Hopefully I will be back with my new cards very very soon!!

After waiting a good few weeks for these Gorjuss stamps to be available and funkykits.co.uk I finally got to play and this is a colour combination that i would not normally use (very rare i use yellow) but look at the result i am really pleased. Right, time to carry on and create some more........... TFL. xx

SK8R BOY!

This is my first attempt with this stamp.. I was asked to make a card for a 13 year old boy, and wellah! This is the result. I think that these backing papers work great with this stamp, and the stamp lends itself to many colourways..........

Just time to add this quick post on before i pop to beddy byes. This is one of my favourite stamps (flowerfly, I think!) this is a great image that can be used for any occasion. I have yet to add the sentiment, as i don't know what i will use it for yet! Wasn't quite sure of it either really! But the more i look at it, the more it grows on me! What do you think! Comments are greatly appreciated!

Easter Bonnett Parade.........

I survived! Hooray, But it really did hurt me!

Anyway, i have managed to make this card for my friend at work! I hope she will be pleased, i have used a lovely pink petticoat image. i added some glitter to the bubbles.

Boohoo!! I'm off to have a blood test done today! I absolutely hate needles, i have a really bad phobia about them, but need to get to the bottom of why i feel so low and have got my second cold in five weeks (added to that i now have swollen glands and my sinus is infected) Would be good that i'm off work, but don't feel wel enough to get crafting! I could have made loads, instead i have been on the web and bought a fair bit of essential crafting items!
Wish me luck, i'm gonna cry like a baby! xx

Hollys teacher is leaving.............

Not too sure about this one! Hollys teacher is leaving at the end of next week, so i thought that i would use this lovely tilda stamp. Had to make a blackboard out of some bazzil card stock and pearlescent card, and just added some brads to tie it all in. Then added some prima flowers with brads and it seemed a bit blank so i added the abc border effect. Hope it all ties in!

I'm Back!!!!

Cardmaking is making a come back...........................
I have twitchy fingers, since starting my new job, i found that i did not have time for crafting anymore............... but after creating some great displays at work, i thought, nooooooooooo i want to make some more cards again, i got on the computer and ordered a couple (perhaps a little bit more than that!!) tilda stamps, and a few new punches, and here goes............ watch this space they will be shown on her over the next couple of days!!!
As Arnie once said "I'll be back", and I AM!! Crafters cannot just walk away and never do it again, it is something that is in you!
